When you give spin classes for a living, playlists are a big part of your life. So if you hear a song, your brain instantly goes into analysis mode, trying to decide whether the particular tune is good class material.

They can tell when you’re not really doing your best…

Or when you light up for a second, pretending to “turn it up” with the rest of the group, and then just go back to your previous pace…

It takes ten times longer than this playlist lasts to actually prepare it. Remember, it needs to have a warm-up track, a cool down one, everything perfect to either pump you up or suggest that it’s time for a break.
