The whole issue started when Kesha claimed to have been drugged and raped by her producer more than ten years ago. Now as the crime comes to light, Kesha would like to be allowed to act outside of her contract with Dr. Luke. However, she found no compassion in the court – the judge sided with Gottwald during Friday’s trial and decided that Kesha will have to fulfill her contract.
