Christopher Wallace, often called “Biggie Smalls”, died at just 24 years; his death saw his newest album, ironically named Life After Death, top the charts for weeks. Following in Tupac’s footsteps, Christopher was killed by a drive-by shooter. It still hasn’t been decided whether Wallace’s death was caused by him being a member of the Crips or by the omnipresent rivalry between the east coast and the west coast. Unfortunately, before his tragic death, Biggie Smalls had only recorded one album. Diddy might be the only person to have found a positive in Cristopher’s passing – his career seriously took off only after his mentor perished.
