Now that 2016 is officially here lots of people are trying to keep their new year’s resolution of losing weight. Gyms and fitness studios will soon be flooded with new people trying to shed pounds. People who eat breakfast regularly have more success losing weight than those who don’t. If you are worried about what to eat for breakfast think foods that are high in protein and fiber. Eggs and whole grains such as oatmeal are great ideas.
