12 Life Lessons from ‘Sons of Anarchy’ Bikers
TV shows can be inspirational, and Sons of Anarchy is one of those shows. It has taught us some valuable life lessons.
When you start something, the only way to achieve success is to go until the end.
It’s hard to wrap your head around certain things when so much is at stake. But you always have to find the right motivation.
Waking up every day, you open a box. And it’s up to you whether there will be a gift or a coffin inside.
–‘Why are you doing this to me?’ – ‘Because I don’t like you’, ‘And the good guys need a win’. Yes they do, indeed they do.
We have no idea who we truly are until we find the right person.
‘You’re a really odd, dude, man. You know that’s really hard to get past, right?’ – ‘I don’t really like people all that much’.
It’s tough to NOT hate people, things and the system when all they do is break your heart and rejoice looking at you bleeding. Hatred makes sense most of the times. But bikers know what hatred does to people: it breaks you apart, it turns you into the person you promised you’d never become.
Only mum knows how to persuade people.
The most dangerous man is the one who knows he’s already dead.
‘What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,’ they say? How about – what tries to kill you makes you angry and depressed. How about – what makes you stronger is your family, friends and the happiness from the hard work done. Those are the things that keep you together. Every biker knows it.
– ‘Jesus Christ, our lord and savior, can save you. He can deliver you from all your transgressions.’ – ‘I appreciate your zeal, padre, but my transgressions are all I got left.’
Straight towards the death. 10 seconds. It’s your final moment. No matter what you’d have done in your lifetime, you’d always end up here and now…
